Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Recently, weather becomes hotter and hotter. In a hot day, sometimes we need cold and fresh drink. There’re lot of fresh and cold drink that available in supermarket, mini-market, or street stall. But we didn’t know how well that drinks are produced. Majority drinks that sold by supermarket or mini-market contain preservative and artificial sweeteners and they aren’t good for our healthy.

I usually made my own cold and fresh drinks. I used fresh and natural ingredients like fruits, milk, yogurt, and so on. My favorite drinks are blended fruits with milk or yogurt. Here’s the delicious, cold, and fresh yet healthy recipes for a hot day made from frozen fruits and milk with a scoop of ice cream.
