I love to eat the combo of fish and veggies. The softness of fish perfectly match with the taste of veggies. This kind of food contains protein, vitamin, and fiber which are very important for our body. I usually eat the fried fish and boiled veggies. But lately I avoid to eat fried food, so I try to make my favorite food in different way.
Couple days ago, I want to cook something for my breakfast and I remember about the fish and veggies. So tried to make fish and veggies in different way, grilled fish and veggies. This method is very easy and didn’t need much time for the preparation. But you must be patient to wait your food being cooked because this method is similar with slow cooking method.
Grilled Fish and Veggies
Cooking time: 25 minutes | Served: 1
Ingredients
- About 200 grams of your favorite fillet fish (I used Dori)
- Your favorite veggies (I used broccoli, cauliflower, and potato)
- Little bit of olive oil
- Little bit of parsley
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A pinch of chilli powder (If you like hot taste)
Directions
- Preheat the oven in 180 degree Celcius for about 10 minutes.
- Chop the veggies.
- Mix the veggies with olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper, and chilli powder.
- In the different place, do the same thing with the fish.
- Cover the baking tray with baking paper or cover it with olive oil.
- Put the fish and veggies into the baking tray.
- Put the baking tray into the oven.
- Grill it in 180 degree Celcius for about 20 minutes or until the fish well done and the veggies turning litte bit brown.
