I really love eating something sweet. Yeah, I know it’s not good for health, it can caused diabetic. But if eating sweet food in a proportional size, why not? I believe the majority of human really loves eating sweet food, especially creamy and chocolaty food. Sometimes I mix some fruits into my sweet food.
One of my favorite sweet food is pie. Banana choco pie is one of my favorite pie. The combination between pie crust, whipped cream, chocolate, and banana mixed very very well and it’s very delicious.
Unbaked Banana Choco Pie
Cooking time: 30 minutes | Serve : 4
Ingredients
- 2 packs Biscuit (I used wholegrain Biscuit, Sari Gandum)
- 5 tablespoon Unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter (cute into little cube)
- 150 grams Dark cooking chocolate
- 150 ml Whipped cream
- 2 Whole bananas
- 75 ml Plain milk
Directions
- Crush biscuits with 5 tablespoon of butter until it becomes pie crust.
- Make the pie base by pressed pie crust in the pie mould.
- Make a banana puree with blender.
- With double boiler (in a pan, put a glass bowl), melt dark cooking chocolate and butter. And then, add milk and banana puree. Stir until they pour well.
- Add the chocolate mix into the pie base.
- Place the pie in refrigerator, let them cold before you eat them.
